1. Custom and Personalized Items
All items at LaLa Designs are custom-made and upcycled, which means that each product is unique and handcrafted specifically for you. As such, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on custom or personalized items, except in cases of defect or damage.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we sincerely apologize. Please follow the steps below to initiate a replacement or refund:
• Contact Us: Notify us within 7 days of receiving the defective item by emailing us at info@jlaladesigns.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect or damage.
• Assessment: Once we review the details, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement or refund.
• Replacement or Refund: If approved, we will either replace the damaged item with a new one (if possible) or issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
• Custom-designed T-shirts or apparel
• Items altered at your request (custom colors, sizes, designs)
• Sale or clearance items
4. Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately, and work on your custom item begins. For this reason, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes to orders after they have been placed. Please ensure all details, such as size, design, and shipping information, are correct before finalizing your purchase.
5. Shipping Delays and Lost Packages
LaLa Designs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs, nor are we liable for lost or stolen packages. If your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local shipping provider.
